The effect of making things simpler makes things easy and clear,vivid picture of things. Without them things will be clutter and project will be collapsed.

Consider the case of Google. How big the search giant is? They can incorporate lot of technologies and increase the features and bring them all on the same page. But they never do any Css tricks or javascript techniques to increase the page's load. Instead they keep everything simple and clear. The landing page in all their modules and domain is so simple and vivid. They made everything legible and made things more easy and clear. It makes user to easily get acquainted with the screen.
So how the simplicity connected to the leadership skills. For the leader, they had to ensure what will be his product and how simple it had to be done. They decide the user interface of the product and made sure it will be simple and clean. Packing the feature and ensuring the product to be simple makes products as a stand out.

Leaders should ensure the products are simple. They should picture the product even before the commencement of project. They should have a clear picture of what had to be done and how it will be done.

Dreaming and making those dreams into reality is what you call it as an achievement. So the dreams of leaders should be clear and it should be simple and more user friendly rather than having user amazing things. When your product is clear and simple then the satisfaction of clients will be higher.

This simplicity management is a new branch of management and it is gaining importance nowadays in variety of business. Particularly in web technology where user interface is gradually getting changed into user experience. Giving importance to user who in turn will be pleased if you make things simple.

Every time when you develop anything you have to made sure it is easy and simple, that even a layman down the line, even the illiterate should understand what you meant and what you want to explain. You need not think about dumb people. ;-)
