4. Time : Goal of every leader should be proper management of time. A leader is the one who decides what can be done in a time and designs it properly.

5. Resource : You design your self. You design your replacement. You design everything in your place. But managing the group of people under you is tougher. But even tougher is maintainging their desire attended constantly and carving the best out of them and placing them at the position they desire for.
