Leaders can be without success, but not without goals. Goals can be individual or organizational. It can be long or short term. The impact of each goal you carry makes you leader. Goals can be multiple. The achievement of goals is called as success. The outcome of goals are your ladder to grow.

Every leader should atleast have these 10 goals in their carreer, that not only makes them grow but also their team to grow.

2. Patience : Keep your anger under control. Keep your anxious under your brain. Life always makes you wait. Rome was not built in a day, but definitely it can be destroyed in a day. Decisions comes faster to people who are clear in their heart and mind, this clarity comes only when you are patient.

3. Design : Goal should not be designing your future it should be designing the organization's future. Design the world. In turn the world designs you.

4. Time : Goal of every leader should be proper management of time. A leader is the one who decides what can be done in a time and designs it properly.

5. Resource : You design your self. You design your replacement. You design everything in your place. But managing the group of people under you is tougher. But even tougher is maintainging their desire attended constantly and carving the best out of them and placing them at the position they desire for.
